Well, its got to that time of year again, when we start to do day trips to Beer, down on the south coast, and come back with some of the local culinary delights.... I did cheat on this one though as it came from a tank in Bristol this time. I have just taken him out of the pan and he is cooling as I post...... about an hour and i will be tucking in! Yum Yum!

Dorset coast is a bit of a foodies paradise if you ask me.
We came across a shack just north of portland island where they served us up a couple of boys just like that along with some of best mussels ive tasted.

not my dog so no wories about eating it.... anyway, just back from an unexpected bbq put on by a local butcher, so the crabs not been eaten tonight, and they were cooking mainly horse steaks on the barby! absolutely lovely. really tender and tasty. so good I went back for 2nds and thirds. .... !!!
