I used to play BF1942 on bolders pc, such an awesome game that and IL2 :O many hours in that one also.

Its best to unistall your old ones first, restart comp and then install new ones. You dont have to but with the latest drivers installed you might get a few extra % in gameplay smoothness.

you need to open up your unit and re apply some fresh heatsink compound between the CPU's and heatsink also add some extra cooling fans if possible. Kol kindly gave me his old Xbox360 but after 2 times of fixing the ring of death it finally cooked itself beyond repair and I chucked it in the bin.
