EE service

is it only me ? my home phone & broadband is ( sometimes ) provided by EE last week I came home to fined I had no landline Broadband still working of sorts ?
so I ring them on the 2/7/15 I am told 24hrs to fix it 48hrs later I am back on the phone. ( that pattern has started ) I am told they will text me when its fixed? today I still don't have a landline. so I ring back and I am kept on hold for about 15mins to be told there was a storm on the 4th that's the problem? now I am not stupid I was woken up by said storm. the chap explained it wasn't there fault there was a storm. at this point you could peel me of the celling. trying to explain to him is not possible for a fault on the 2nd to be caused by a storm on the 3rd. the last time I had a fault ( not that long ago it was out for three weeks )

I used to be with EE for mobile and broadband but closed all the accounts with them as there rubbish

my last straw was when I moved house they told me 2weeks to move broad band over to new address 2 weeks later on day of install to connect broadband up they called me saying there is no one in i said the Mrs is there waiting for u, called mrs she said yes at home waiting for them, I said there outside knocking she checked no one outside called EE, they had gone to the old house the one there moving broadband from go figure that out

I was with orange for 15 years then they went over to EE big mistake after 3 months into 2 yr contract they had no choice to end my contract then went to Vodafone same problem in doors not getting calls.

update. so today I get an automated message to say my home phone is fixed 5 days of me ringing every day and them trying to blame a storm that happened a day after the fault. no apology nothing ! EE everything everywhere else.
