I lived in Houston, many moons ago. I don't know how I got used to the humidity but I did.

It was for work, but on my instigation. I had been trying to get the move for 7 years before it finally happened.
I have only flown once here so far and it didn't turn out well, but I will definitely start flying more often. The weather is such that you can fly most weekends year round.Life's a bitch and then you fly!!

Thanks, the humidity is a lot easier to get used to than the cold winters in the UK. Why did you leave? They would have to drag me away kicking and screaming.Life's a bitch and then you fly!!

I left because I moved to California... and then I eventually moved to London. But I am checking out Miami now, leaving here on Saturday and back in the middle of May. Yeah, I remember you huddled up shivering down the patch. We still get a fair few cold days here in the winter, but only ever a few days at a time and it only lasts about three months.Life's a bitch and then you fly!!
