One of the problems for those asking questions on many online forums is that you get lots of replies often giving completely different advice... so who do you believe?

This forum is not so bad but some of the bigger forums will yield responses ranging from first class, to down right dangerous, and all points inbetween. Plus of course personal preference comes often comes into it, so even the good answers might not agree with each other!
