Hard to tell from the photo, but if it's a basic moskito then the canopy and tail fins are from the sport or higher spec model. The basic canopy is very short and stubby, similar to that of a Hirobo Shuttle.

In the right hands, they could fly very well! I remember seeing Dick Wallinger fly an F3C round with one powered by a Laser 4-stroke. He even managed the auto, despite it not having an auto unit! (We all thought that was going to be "interesting", but in the event, he managed it extremely well!)Pete
