Futaba or Spektrum: Take 2

Wasn't fast enough to create a poll on the last thread creation, so here it is in "take 2" with the poll.

I have just ordered a Futaba 14sg combo after loosing confidence in my Spektrum DX7s and thought I'd create a poll to see what the general trend is around Spektrum and Futaba.

This poll should not take into account brand loyalty due to the Blade/Spektrum relationship - it should only take into account instances where you're free to choose either a Spektrum or Futaba set up.

I'm hoping that the statistics from the poll will remove any need for a bun fight... but I'm just popping to the shops for some pop corn just in case.

EDIT:
If you own a Spektrum TX, or desire one, purely to control Blade BNF helicopters, then it doesn't count. This poll should only take into account instances where you're free to choose either a Spektrum or Futaba set up.

Actually i only fly with Futaba.... but i have discovered lots about spektrum....

Sticking with Spektrum for now, have no reason to change at the present time.

I plan on staying with Spektrum, but that doesn't mean I'll never change my mind.

I really like the way Futaba make their full range receivers, and I wish Spektrum would follow suit and build a single unit with 2 receivers in it with coaxial antennas and S-Bus out. Orange do it (at least the s-bus bit) and JR are going to do it with DMSS with their "x-bus" which just happens to be s-bus compatible.

It's not the satellite receivers themselves I don't like, it's the cables and plugs they use to connect them.

Since my DX7s which I loved failed on me I'm making the change to Futaba.

Nick I have spare if u need any!! And I Originally was futaba aeons ago, but when I went to 2.4 I went Spektrum cos it was cheaper. Had a few issues then with my DX7. And when I brought it out of retirement when I came back to helis it wont transmit properl, so switched to a 7c Futaba on 35mhz. Using PCM1024 and dual conversion receivers so its the best link I can get on 35mhz, but when I go 2.4 again it'll be Futaba
