A question was asked, I might add a question that a lot of people had been thinking..
Replies were posted, which all seemed quite factual.
Then I read Rachel's posts which seem to be aggressive & turned the thread on it's head... Just my opinion...
As Ben has stated, they are in Chelmsford Essex, not been there myself, I think it is mail order, pick up is by prearrangement only.
I remember asking Tony (sesame) about pick up fuel last year (I never did),
I signed up to there website with my email address on the 14/12/2012,
I received an email back saying that I was on there mailing list and they would notify me when the site was up and running.. Still waiting

Yes our website has been a long time coming and rest assured nobody has been more affected than I. The first two systems were abandoned due to features and functionality not working properly and rather than go live with something I wasn't happy about or indeed that I felt customers wouldn't be happy with. Due to this I decided to abandon those and am now working on the third version of the new site. I was also let down massively by the web developer who was involved. Any additional reasons that have led to me delaying the launch of my own Company's website, are purely my own and have not affected anyone else in a negative way at all.

The new version of the site is in final stages and will go live within the next month with the initial product lines with more to follow once the site is live.

I am surprised by some of the comments from people who say they cannot contact me or have tried to shop with me and failed as there is a contact email address on the holding page and as some of you have stated, I am on Facebook as well as on here heliaddicts, so why have you all found it so hard to contact me. Anyone sending a message will have received a reply.

To answer some of the specific points in this thread

1 - No it is not a wind up, but yes it has taken far longer to produce the new website, but that was a decision I took. If this offends anyone, then so be it, but I really don;t understand why it would, unless I hadn't supplied you with goods that you had paid for. If this was the case, you would have every right to be offended or questions my reasons, but as a number of you have stated that it is impossible to contact Kaos RC, I don't see how this could cause such offense. One of the people posting, if not actually two, were quite happy to receive free KBDD tail blades from me at Charmouth last year, but then decide to suggest or infer I am ripping people off, strange!

2 - Dormant accounts or registering a Company as Dormant is a legal requirement by Companies House for any Company wishing to remain registered. Again, I have to ask why this is such an issue for people, specifically the ones that have never contacted me or Kaos RC. To clarify Kaos RC was originally a trading name run through another UK Limited Company. It was registered as a stand alone Company in it's own right. As one of you has decided to post the information on my Company, the registered address of the Company is actually my home address, so thanks for posting that, but feel free to pop round at anytime and I'll even put the kettle on for anyone that wishes to visit.

3 - I have sponsored/supported various pilots largely to help support up and coming pilots and also to help increase the profile of helicopters specifically at various model shows and events. Each of those pilots has been informed of the business situation and those who were not happy have left the Team. Those who are still sponsored/supported are welcome to respond if they so choose but are not obligated to in any way. Why this is a problem for some of you I genuinely am mystified by, but you are obviously entitled to your opinion. I am happy to answer any direct questions should any of you wish to actually know the real situation or have a genuine interest.

Hi Gavin, Thanks for the clarification, please dont feel any of my posts were detrimental to yourself. All I did was a google search and the results were what I posted. The company details as held by Companies house and the facebook account thats not been used since last year.
