Anyone sent a flightpower back to flight tec?

I've been using flightpower 10s1p 3700mah in my logo 14, Had a pack puff a cell after one 4 minute flight, spoke to a guy named Ian watson in October last year, He said send it back and we'll replace it,
After two months of emails and phone calls to their automated service leaving messages and my phone number a guy called James mack emails me and said he'll send me my replacement straight away.

It's now february!

No replying to my emails or phone calls and no £250 lipo.

Can't make my mind up should i see a solicitor or should i pop up to flight tec and pay them a personal visit Ba$tards

Perhaps a visit will get you the replacement pack right away (it should!).
Take copies of any emails you have to prove your case to them.
If you walk away without one, see your solicitor...

I had a dodgy pack come from SMC, couldn't be arsed to go all the way back down there so rang up FlightPower and was told they would send me a new pack when I sent the faulty one back. I said bugger that I want to fly this weekend can I come and swap it over?
They said sure no problem pop on over and we'll swap the pack for you straightaway. Drove to Royston swapped packs and was flying later that day

I did, Its a long way to go from Winchester.
