Last time they treated their customers with a loyalty programme they shifted all their old stock on the loyal folk then released a new version, lol From memory think is was black to Blueline full. They need to do something as their competitors are catching or have caught up.
Wont be long until you buy another model B, keep scouring the ad action ;-)

I still want to try a Skookum SK540 next though. If you add the pro software to bring it in-line feature wise with the Skookum, it's still more expensive than the Skookum too.
EDIT: ^^^^^^ Beaten to it.
I smell a new model coming. It's common knowledge that the 2-axis sensor that the mini-V was using for the cyclic has been discontinued, so they've been making them with two daughter boards with single axis sensors on each. My guess is that was a less than ideal way to go about it and they have a reputation to uphold.
I'd like to see a re-designed mini-V with revised connectivity. A phase sensor as it's a right pain to wire with the mini as it stands.
Current fleet: Goblin Thunder Sport (700), Trex 700L, Logo 600, Specter 700, Henseleit TDR, V-Baaa control.
Next heli: I have pretty much everything I want. Maybe I'll upgrade some electronics or something.
Its a permanent price reduction and most likely because of all the new competition.. We havent been given a heads up about a new unit and we normally hear a good few months ahead of time.
One things for sure at this new price its great value :-)
Can't argue with that. Can only be a good thing when good quality products get reduced in price Also means the second hand market will get cheaper too. Not long ago I paid £170 for a second hand mini vbar.
