Just wanted to mention something about Don....

I've got yet another little project on the go (as you do!) so am looking for set of cyclic, throttle and tail servos etc. Don drops me a message saying he has a Futaba s9256 with WR step down available if I was interested. Asked him how much he wants for it as it will be fine for tail duties on this heli and his reply was 'Nothing mate, you can have it as i'm not using it'. I think its a pretty generous thing to do, its not so much the value of the servo (although still a very sellable item) it's things like this that make the hobby that we all love so much even better.

So, a big thankyou to Don, I appreciate the gesture. I owe you one!

I agree with the above,and he is witty,considerate and kind,Its a good job he looks like shrek or he would have "it all",,LOL,,,seriously though,I bought a charger from him that he wasnt even selling yet.He offered it to a mate at a mates price,and I asked if he would sell to me if his mate didnt want it.He sold it to me at the same price he was selling to his mate!
Not many heli guys are prepared to help others like this,everyone will offer advice and help but Don is one of the few who will give stuff away to help others,,and Im so happy with my charger I think we should have a round of applause for Don,,top man.
He even gave me his number and told me to ring him if I had any problems!! brilliento
