Raptor 30/50 and Trex 600N parts interchangeable?

Hey folks,

I've got the majority of a raptor 30 airframe sat here on the side, but I have no head/main shaft or tail grips/pitch slider bits for it.
However, I do have a Trex 600N head, main shaft and tail bits spare, minus the swashplate.

Would these bits all work together? The shaft head seems to fit the bearings all ok, but haven't tried the main gear or the tail bits yet.

I have done a quick google and search on here, but cannot find a definitive answer.

Just thought it'd be good if I can put it all together and give me another basher to the fleet I am only a learner so don't need a huge amount of movement on the collective.

yeah they will work, a common thing to do was fit the trex head to the raptor "to make it fly better" when in actuality it made no difference

So is it a straight swap? The threads I've read seem to indicate that it's not easy.. And I haven't seen any info on the tail swap.

u need a raptor shaft or be prepared to drill the trex one, and on the tail om pretty sure the hubs a straight swap

I have an outrage fusion fbl head and main shaft fitted in my raptor. I used the raptor swash with slightly longer upper balls and trex 550 fbl links. Its deppend on what do you have lying around.

ok thanks guys. I've actually got more missing than I thought, so will probably just keep it as spares rather than build it up as I'd have to buy a tail hub, main shaft and a few other raptor bits to get it finished.
Never mind though, has kept me busy building it this morning
