Warwickshire Heli Clubs?????

Hi all

I'm a newbie to this and would love to find a local Heli club to join or even just meet up with a few local flyers!

I'm in the Leamington Spa, so anywhere close by in wasrwickshire or Coventry would be great!

Anybody with any info on local clubs would be great.

I'm looking at indoor flight really beacuse I want to get a Blade cx2

Dunno if they have an indoor meeting (I think not) but LHC (Leamington Hobby Centre) is in Leasowes, not far outside of Leamington Spa.
Pop along to the shop and have a chat with them

That very much depends on the club and type of members....
Some places are full off what we kindly refer to as '**** stained gimmers' usually men over 50 who are stuck in the 1940's who hate everything new and reserve a special hatred for all things not built of balsa and tissue.
The better clubs welcome one and all and are willing and able to help out newbies

If you look at Midland Helis website you can see the details of the indoor meeting they run based in Ryton-on-Dunsmore, it can get very busy though.

Oh right that sounds really good!!

I think from their website the Midaland and District Model club fly indoor there too!!

Still its getting near summer might be calm enough to fly a CX2 outdoors do you think??

its a bit far but nuneaton have a heli club which flys from warton. check the fly-in thread for march.
