I hope you don't think this impertinent Mark... I certainly don't mean to be rude or patronising in any way (sorry in advance if you think I am) but have you done any product marketing yourself? There is no such thing as "enough". When you have a promotion then you must promote it in every way humanly possible and not restrict yourself to just one channel. That is a fact... the more pople see it, the more people will spread the word. I can understand people getting fed up with being promoted to if you don't have Facebook, Twitter etc but many people do and many are interested in such things.

I have no problem with Facebook promotions, or any other social network promotions, being mentioned here. Forum members can possibly benefit by winning a X5 and I for one am in.

It hasn't changed there are still creeps trying to 'befriend' my kids and totally unacceptable links and images.

Yes done a lot of this over the years and it is one reason why I react as I do.

There is really only one product being effectively marketed via Facebook, and that is Facebook itself.

The joke is that Mark has everyone else doing it for him at their own expense.
