from my initial inspections of the heli some of the ball joint linkages are very stiff, and dont appear to work properly, the whole thing seems very stiff especially the fly bar ones and the ones that adjust the main rotors. After seing how a new raptor one feels like i think the mossie is a bit to much to sort out.

Hi Chaps.
I could not agree more with Kevin' that he would be far better off flying a Raptor, who in their right mind would want to fly a heli with that sissy name moskito? not only that, being German engineered you will have to expect them to fall apart on you when flying.
I never had the occasion to try anything else when I started, so I am well and truly stuck with the two that I own, in being so unpopular, they are so very hard to sell on.
Just as an afterthought Kev', I have noticed you have decided to get shot of the load of crap you have in Stu's auction, if the bidding remains within reason, it is quite possible you will find me having a go for it to replace some of my own moskito parts scattered all over our field.
Oh I just wish for the money to have the freedom of choice, I am sure things could have turned out so differently, and I would now be proudly flying something with the name "RAPTOR", it just has to be great helicopter with a name like that.
I CAN ONLY DREAM.
GOOD FLYING.
Mo.

Hi Dave.
I am afraid my manners are a bit superior to yours, and I consider it impolite to address people other than by their real handles.
Kevin happens to be who you prefer to call L269, and his name has been mentioned in other posts.
I take a great offence to any question of sarcasm, I happen to have been raised in the manner of not to poke fun or be sarcastic.
GOOD FLYING.
Mo.

WOW....THIS POST HAS GONE A BIT MAD....firstly i would like to say that although the mossie is supposed to be a very stable machine i cannot help but be drawn to the raptor after seeing it all new and shiny in the box almost ready built,it was then that i decided that i want to get a raptor or something similar, after all if i am going to have to undo all the screws and bolts on the machine to put in threadlock and play about with all the ball joints i might as well put my time into a raptor..perhaps that will get me off here a bit.
sorry mo but i think that if people make thier names known in thier profile then they will have to accept that some people will use them,i personally dont mind what name people call me,and i understand that some people might not like my handle, but i use it on lots of other forums, but i do understand that some people are not so understanding.
