        all moisture in air will reduce the effective range of 2.4ghz as the moisture absorbs the signal, but i would'nt want to get may TX wet.... and who does! - Dont fly in the rain...

          no water gets into the tx, the snowflakes blow off and the hail rolls off before it melts!

            Yeah but that dont matter to the signal coming from out of the aerial.....the more moisture the shorter the range....

                  Its nice and sunny with light winds but none of the old boys are going up the field as thery don' fancy the steep sippery road, and it seems their planks get stuck in he snow
