    Any VOLVO techies on here???

    Just had a very nasty shock !!

    Volvo XC90 - 3 years old - 33k miles always serviced by Volvo on the dot every time. Never been off road.

    Getting a noise - hard to tell where from but its road speed related not engine speed related - sounds like bad tyre noise.

    Suspected it might be a wheel bearing or maybe a brake caliper sticking on.

    Local garage reckons its either the Haldex unit and/or rear diff - cost to repair - 5 - 9 GRAND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Anyone want to by my entire fleet of helis, a couple of kids and a kidney????

    If you were closer id have a look cos im a Volvo Mastertech.

    Can you get a recording of the sound so I can listen, but the haldex diff is a common fault on the XC90
    Some say my left nipple is the shape of a Raptor canopy.......... And that for fun I chase sheep in wellies 3 sizes too big. All I know is I am ​3D Clod
