Should have posted it 4 weeks ago, but apart from other problems was also changing jobs - was busy and distracted with other things!

Anyway, a hot water cylinder in "my" flat gave up the ghost just around a month ago, and I was really lost and upset about this. It was quite cold end of January this year! There are constraints of the place (no overflow/discharge pipe, electric only, no loft) which I did not understand at a time, so I was basically on plumber's mercy, but he requested lots of money for something I will not own (that's the trouble living in a rented flat).

Thanks to Rob's help I learned how these things work and so was able to negotiate with the landlord to fit a new one. Even though there was still some cost on my side, it came a whole lot cheaper than what first plumber requested (and I'm fine bearing some part of the cost, since rent is relatively cheap). No money came to Rob, since he's on the other side of the country. He selflessly helped me to save serious money and gave me the confidence to make things right! Thank you Rob!

PS. if someone tries to sell you Glenhill Pulsacoil, just say no. Otherwise you will pay second time to have it removed!

        Is a star.
Helped me find out what's wrong with boiler. Even offered to get parts if needed.

Is always helpful to speak to at events.

Eddie good star I think again. Or may be more after putting a forums members heli together for him.
        Great review by the way
        Cheers Paul
