I thread lock everything..only thing I can think is I missed it. This is not a pin the blame on the builder thread it was an info thread to say check your ball links. And a feeling sorry for myself thread. Gyro limits set...geometry set correctly... I am not an idiot. But once the ball had gone the blades were free to do what they want and it is more than possible for them to snag the lever trust me they were together in a bent mess when I picked it up. Lack of maintenance on it's 3rd flight. I have 2 600ns that I built and have never had a failure on due to maintenance / lose fitting bolt etc. One of these is 5 years old. Give me a break...

Very sorry to hear about your incident I'm going to recheck mine from top to bottom before i fly it again as a result of this, and if I or indeed anyone else does and finds a problem before a mishap then we'll be very thankful for the headsup

sorry mate but are you talking about the socket collar screw that came undone? in other areas where a screw needs to be put they use a string of hay or a piece of string to give it additional hold, maybe that is an option if thread lock alone doesnt help it ...

Jamez, don't let it get to you mate... No matter how careful you are, all these helis are looking to do is find somewhere to crash. You'll soon get it fixed up and flying again ;-)

I'm sorry to read about your bad luck and hope you get it fixed soon. When you rebuild try this H60249 600 Metal Tail Pitch Assembly no more ball on the pitch slider and no more tail slop

Like the look of that and would save the cost of a whole tail box...
