I have to be honest too that i post on RR. i just laugh at some of them There is a thread on there just now which shows the attitude, its an electric flyer flaming nitro guys for flaming electrics & its hilarious

It all seems a bit pointless to me, he did start that one, and was seemingly trying to kick something off. While it does seem true the nitro guys over there are blatantly slagging off anything that isn't nitro.

To my way of thinking we all fly what we like, those that like the nitros great, those who like electrics great, and to those of us with limited transport and room, an electric is the way forward no? Plus some top guys fly electrics anyway so what's his problem?

been a bit busy (half term) and totally missed this one. Just to say that Nigel reports on whatever info he is given, so if Climb-Out (importers for Scorpion into UK) gave him a load of info then he will print it. Similarly if A.N. Other company gave him some info on new products that would get printed. I was with him at Clubman in the fast-lad tent where he was quite matter of factly grilling Jamie over whats new (so he can print stuff on it). Some of us are lucky enough to know Nigel very well and you couldn't meet a nicer bloke who actually does a huge amount for our hobby behind the scenes and takes absolutely no credit for it what-so-ever. If you have never met Nigel and you see him at a show then I encourage you to go have a chat, he's a very amenable and knowledgeable fella.
