Started from the begining on this thread....very entertaining.
Because of the money that adverts can raise it would be benificial to Stuart, as long as they accept Stuarts values...(say wot we want about any of the shops.....if they are good and give good service who is going to run them down on the site anyway). As the 'widow' says we are above plonkers like MR, lets keep promoting a bl**dy good site with bl**dy good people, as is RCHELIADDICT!!

Agreed, MR needs stopping as he violates freedom of speech on a regular basis and is abusing his rights as Administrator. It's a shame his forum is so popular, hard to convince all his followers to pack up and go elsewhere quickly. I think most people are catching on now, I notice he's not filming so many events anymore, I wonder why

Anyone else notice Nigels collumn in the recent magazine turned into an advert for "Scorpion products" including pricing etc. Seemed strange to me. I assume he his financially connected to that company? Don't get me wrong I have 2 scorpion motors for my 500, but the way the artical digressed stood out a mile.

what is peoples fasination with bias? Nigel does a great job. Hes giving you information on new products. take a look at his other articles you will see he features other manufacturers and products to a similar level.

If you receive sponsorship and you are asked a direct question about an issue and you deny the problem or dismiss it as a problem then you are being biased. Reps and sponsored pilots should just be honest and candid about the advise they give.

Other than that I say, "Fill your boots and get as much out of your supplier as possible."

This is a big problem and why we seldom get any input from Top fliers anymore on forums. What happens is every time they do give out advice they end up in the middle of a bun fight accused of being biased.

We have to remember there are only a very small number of fliers who actually get paid for using/testing products ( At a guess maybe half dozen worldwide) the vast majority of other 'sponsered' flyers either recieve free test samples for evaluation on loan/discounted and in many cases just pay for what they are using.

I've still to come across one who would recomend a piece of crap .. In very short order these things once in the public domain would come back to haunt them.
