      I don't mind Adverts...

I do not like the RR is run... other than that its fine

If I want to say something IMO is naff then I want to say it and when something rocks it rocks.

But on Adverts this is a UK based forum and we say what Shops we use good and bad.

Skyline,Real Raptors,Midlands,Fast-lad performance, LEEDs Model Shop, Mr Models are just a few but we all here rate them I see no issue with some Ad's. But don't delete my post if we don't like them

I run adverts on my site as people know. They are also in the forum, I never get any of the crap that MR seems to claim to have such trouble with. The problem is with the owner, not the users or the advertisers.

You know if I could raise the cash I would for a laugh take out a half page in MHW totally pushing the site and hitting RR for a laugh.
                Cheers

The site has trebled in the last 12mths in terms of stats, but don't start me on that one. MR makes his up as he goes along I reckon.
                    Cheers

Ah but surely the BMFA mag hits all BMFA members and would be cheaper....

yes the BMFA hits those members, but the MHW gets nearly every one. Or maybe a strap on the bottom for a few issues and get a greater audience.
                        Cheers

The BMFA mag would hit everyone who is already flyin models and lots of ...err... old gimmers who will never fly helis.
The MHW would hit folks wanting to find out about helis, but never thought about using the internet - ie lots more new folks, and relatively few old gimmers.

But if I ran MHW I'd reject your ad in true ***ryder style, because its forums like this that have meant I stopped buying MHW!

-I don't crash, I just land with enthusiasm.

A couple of 600n's with stuff on them that makes them fly..
A 550 fbl with even more stuff on it to make it fly
And a Mars 470 which needs stuff putting on it to make it fly

                            And a DX8 too

what about having rcheliaddict (member) approved shops?

what about having a sort of poll that people can add to. then everytime they have a good/bad experience with them you tick the box you would want to be able to "vote" more than once so that you can vote each time you use a perticular shop.

might be a bit too open to abuse tho?
