Lipo storage box?

So what do the majority of people use to store them? I haven't really worried about it with the little lipos but soon be using my 550 lipos etc,would like to play safe

I think the Boeing aircraft is still grounded due to a lipo igniting? Hmm

i use the fireproof liner from one of my safes for the small stuff and the big ones are stored away from the house.
jeez i never even considered them igniting whilst travelling.

Has anybody done any measurements on the amount of gas produced. Common sense says they aren't explosives and should be ok in a strong container. The smoke is pretty bad as well. Airbus have just gone back to Nimhs. There are a lot of things that are counter intuitive. Perhaps keeping them all in one box could make a small incident into a very big one.
