can almost every heli be setup for -10 / +10 pitch?
550mm blades is standard for a 30 size but Align use 520s on the 550 and now Mikado ship the Logo 500 with 520s both of which I consider to be 30 size models. Either way you will not have any trouble getting good quality blades.
Yes of course it's 550mm - Imust have been having a blonde moment when I said 500mm - it's been a long time since I flew a 30.
I seem to remember my old Nexus has 515mm blades, I used NHP carbons to good effect. moving to the inner ball link position on the head does not make any discernable difference to flight, certainly not twitchy but the Nexus in comparison with say a Rappy is not as locked in even with carbon drive for tail etc. I remember achieving something like +10 and -7 or so and set 0 at mid stick using different +ve/-ve pitch curve in the Tx.

Take just about anything, so long as it has half decent power and won't self-destruct, and just put a flybarless head and a BeastX on it and the transformation will be huge. Then if you want to go a step beyond, convert it to a 12s electric power setup.
But But But its fbl, thats like voodoo!! I dont understand it so it must be like some form of black magic LOL
