  • 130X arrived - Now I Understand

Well, I have wondered why so many experienced heli flyers were raving about the 130X and now I understand.

What a super flyer it is. Stable similar to my Blade 450X but at that price.

My immediate thought was that I would sell my MCPX but you know what/ I think there is a place in my hanger for both. The MCPX is so robust and is very light on the controls so it will be a great heli for learning new stuff that I don't want to risk the 130X to. However, I can see the 130X being my GOTO model if I can't fly the 450.

They are great little helis, I normally only get to fly once or twice a week when I'm not working but since I got the 130x I find myself flying nearly every day in the garden

I don't know what your flying level is but I find the non-weighted blades much better for 3D, the heli just seems to flip better, these lipos fit and perform well too

Keep the mcpx for the garden if I were you. The 130x is an amazing little machine, but personally I need a field to get the most out of it. The mcpx I can practice inverted stuff with in my garden!
