The OrangeRX screen looks better than the DX6i screen, backlit and larger!

Yup, DSM2 only (no DSMX), but for micros that wouldn't really be a concern

At £40.49 Its a cheap alternative for the micro's/sim etc, It must have approval surely?so it can be sold in the uk. and in all honesty cant be any worse than other cheap tx's such as walkera/Planet.(the orange rx's actually work ok,quite a few plankers us them with no problems

Lets hope they haven't copied the Dx6i pots. I remember people laughing at the Japanese rubbish, not so funny when our motor bike industry went west.

The question is, Will it blend?
Looks like cheap plastic that would crack/break from slight wack from the side.

A nice alternative to buying a new DX6i. Although you can pick up a DSM2 version for not much more than that these days.

It's a good way to start with Phoenix and then a small heli. Once you go to 450 or above I think you need better quality like JR, Futaba or Multiplex. They do a module to fit in a JR as well. Cheap Orange rxs are probably ok for 450s though as they don't get that far, or if they do they don't come back, as far as I can see...Their cheapo rxs have proper fail safe, going back to bind values, so you can bind to zero pitch in a heli or a bit of rudder on a plank, enough to bring it back, or at least circle.

                            Yeah right...

"This little gem even features an adjustable RF power output setting in the menu, allowing users to switch between US and EU power standards."

I can't see something that can run a higher power being passed to CE standards
