  • Advice for Trex 250 Pro Batteries

So we've just purchased a Trex 250 pro and I think I'd like a few more batteries but was unsure what to actually commit to get, and whether it matters on it how much mAh I need for the battery because I'm thinking of getting a 800mah battery but not a 850mah, would this effect the way she flies??

Back to your original question about 800mAh Vs 850mAh, basically cell capacity isn't rated that accurately in my experience.
What I would say though is you can definetely feel the difference between say 20C & 30C packs on this heli.

My recommendation is the Align packs 850 30C, which give good power & last well but they are around £15.
Other packs will work & if you only have one type you won't know any different.

          Tim.

Spot on, next time I'm down I'll be setting up a 250DFC, so that should be fun.

If you go with the Volt Lipo's and have the standard Align ESC then get yourself one of these as well - http://www.modelhelicopters.co.uk/ba...-to-deans.html

The Volts come with Deans connectors, for a few extra £ it saves the hassle of have to solder all new connectors.
