I see there is yet another post tearing it out of mini copters like the blade 400 and gl450se but i was wondering what all you well exsperianced helli flyers would put on the top of the podium as in the best small electric with the exception for the trex which would win hands down obviously .I had a century humming bird CENTURY POO and never flew any other to compare with but in a beginners eyes and if you were at the bottom what would you go for . Ideas around the size of the humming bird kind of region. My idea of the humming bird makes me want to try a cp version just to see what like but i wouldn't waste my money at this stage of the game.

forget anything century for a starters. theres lots of new boys on the market.

the trouble is that you still end up replacing the gyro and tail servo and the included transmitter and maybe the rx too.

so none of them are that cheap.

my 3153 showed up today so the honeybee is getting spartaned. will be interesting to see how it goes. i still recon non of these small CPs including the trex are good machines to learn on, too small and unstable. they make for a great second model to accompany a nitro tho for when you cant get to the field.

          absolutley ade

they are mis sold i think. do it properly from the start and don't do it if u cant afford it or at least dont winge about it if u have decided to do it on the cheap.
