Heli Drag Racing

At our clubs funfly the summer just gone, we did a Trex450 pylon race. Take a bow Oli for coming up with the idea , best fun I've had with a 450 in a long time. 3 heats of 3 or 4 pilots racing round tall bamboo canes with balloons attached at the top.
I scared the poo out of myself by cutting a corner too tight and popping a balloon.
I wouldn't suggest it for the big helis though

That looks sooo much fun! Whats the tecnique, full throttle and elevator on the ground, then bang in with the collective?! Maybe i'll try it with the mini titan, just need someone to race then, hehe!
