Generosity at its Best !!

I don't know what to say apart from a Massive Thank You to all those that kindly helped me out and donated some money to help get me up in the air again.

For those of you that don't know, I have had two Ar7200BX's blow up on me now, and after Horizon Hobby wouldn't refund the first one, I had to go out and buy a second one, only, that one also blew up on me.

A lot of you say it's due to a faulty BEC in the ESC, So that must have been the problem, the BX worked fine when setting up using a Life pack, but as soon as the ESC and the 6s was plugged in, it'd blow up

I started the thread 'I could Cry', which, now looking back at it sounds as though it was started as a sympathetic thread, but it really wasn't, I wasn't expecting everyone to help sooo much and donate money to help fund a new BX, I declined the offers at first as I didn't want to come across as a charity, but as many of you said, it's help and not charity.


So I want to say a a huge THANKYOU to each and everyone of you that kindly helped me out.

I'm also very grateful for the valuable advise you've all given me and will certainly put it into practise from now on.

Everyone donated 'too' much and raised enough to fund for a brand new BX, really didn't expect that you'd all raise that much !!

Everyone in the above list deserves AT LEAST one EGS each, so can a mod please give this to each of them !

James, I think it's probably a good idea for Sam to come round yours and go over set up before anything gets plugged in. He's going to by pass the internal BEC and use the WR Hercules I've given him.

Never did i see it as a sympathy post mate...all i saw was frustration and dissapointment from your post.

I must say that im still gobsmacked by the generosity shown,i thought if we could get just 10-20 quid up together it would help out alot.
