Shocking service from Giants Shark

Got a really bad services of Giants Shark customer service

Used this company lots of times and they have been great also when Giant Cod great service but this last time shocking very bad denied my order never returned phone calls in end had to get pay pal involved to get a refund so becareful with future orders

I've had three orders of batteries with them, one when it was giantcod, and two when they became Giantshark

No problems at all, next day delivery

No delivery issues but got a lipo from them 2 weeks ago, which has a failed cell from new, have returned it to them this week so will report back how I get on.

I've never had issue with them either. As they are now the only official stockist/retailer of Gens Ace in the UK I hope they continue with their previous good service.

Bad move by Gens Ace if you ask me though

Ive had no end of esc, motors, wires props lights you name all it! All delivered fine, so i thought id order some gens ace as heard off you guys how good they are, had email thanking me for order then that was it nothing else, in past ive had thanking email then the emal showing your order and all that, but not this time they even said they had not had money so i thought something was up, got on to paypal they told me no all was fine with my account they had The funds even had paypal email stating transation number, gave this to giant shark nothing back, phoned again after 4 hours as still no calls after they said they would call back. Like i said really shocked as been using giant cod for couple of years. All in all i called giant shark 5 times in a week trying to track my order but they had no record, who do you blame giant shark, pay pal your bank. After i logged a dispute funny how i got money back in 20mins.

So as for gens ace packs no comment never got them was gutted. so wondering where else i can buy them from because i dont trust them now not after hassle they gave me and cost of phone calls to both paypal and giant shark

Not for long, Electriflyer are selling off their stock and then thats it. Gens Ace Germany won't sell into the Uk, only now available through Giant Shark apparently

Can I suggest anyone who can be bothered email gens ace to complain about that?

Really poor move by them if it was indeed by their choice.

Why the change of name? Anybody know? They are pretty quick with orders and it's possible to get refunds, but not easy. Before sending anything back I'd take a video showing the fault or they'll deny it's faulty.

I've had shocking service when they were called giant cod, the guy who owns it literally is the rudest man alive and stole £75 from me. Cant believe tey are still going tbh. Never again will they see my money
