Well, got my old girl (B400) out for a last couple of goes before winter sets in and.... It really was my last go, put her in.
Got close to my tree one side of the garden and over corrected, compounded that by doing so around 5 times on the trot. Heli went down, as it went in I flipped the shut off killing the motor.
About 40 quid - usual suspects but light really, blades came off worst, and the feathering shaft is knackered. So looking at new o-rings, new screws to hold the blades on and of course new blades and Feathering spindle.
Life happens, at least I enjoyed my little excursion as it got dark (at least could see my little lights properly that way). I was fine till I had an audience of next doors children watching. Was aware of keeping an eye out to make sure they didn't come too close to the wall, if they had left their back door I'd have put it down and told them to stay near their house. But I think it was just one thing too many to worry about.
