      Dont know if this has been mentioned - a mate of mine had a Dx6i that went intermittent because the battery connections lost their springyness - damn thing worked if he held it upright, and lost power if he tilted it horizontal...very worrying. I think he just bent the springy contacts out a bit to increase the pressure on the AA battery contacts.

        Good point that. Dx6i shouldn't be used with helis according to BMFA unless batteries are soldered. I don't really agree with the bit about soldering as I think that batteries you can take out and test are more reliable than ones that are soldered in. But in time these txs will need to be moded. I'd go with rcha if I wasn't with a bmfa club.
