    What amazed me was the jets engines were still running after the crash, you would think the fuel would be shut off on impact ???

    no, the engines are self sustaining, when the fuel valves open and electric pwr is there, eg hot battery, then the engines will keep turning, even if the fuel pumps pack up, they just suction feed.

    got say that was the best bit, i was hoping it was going to turn into a skate board across the desert !

      Watching it on 4seven now. Just seen the pilot leave the cockpit and jump from the aircraft full of "passengers". Amazing.

        Was good fun to watch, but as said doesn't really prove anything as planes crash in many different ways (as we know) - good advert for futaba imo

            Very interesting to watch and it looks like Boeing already did a good job on the safety side.

              Clearly not not a RC Heli pilot.................. would have hit throttle hold
