Anybody fly them, or flown them. Opinions on them ? A bargin or avoid ?
-I don't crash, I just land with enthusiasm.

A couple of 600n's with stuff on them that makes them fly..
A 550 fbl with even more stuff on it to make it fly
And a Mars 470 which needs stuff putting on it to make it fly

    And a DX8 too

Had success with some of them... One of my faves is the mini edf t45. Run a 55mm unit I think, and 1000mh 3s. Cheap as chips, goes like stink. Some of the kits are lemons though. What one were you thinking of?

same as Neil, I have an HK450 pro which is mostly align and pheonixtech now. oh with an RJX head thrown on top.

flies great and owes me about 200 quid with decent servos... they can grow with you but you need to know how to assemble them and you must use loctite as there won't be any.

there is a thread on here called "hk450 a disposable trainer?" it has loads of info in it.

I have heard pretty good things about the hk550 as well.

                  Fresh pop corn right here!

Seriously though, very mixed reviews. My only experience is a HK450GT Pro head to fit an old 450 HDE. It was obviously of clone standard, but it was pretty decent. Went together well with decent quality. Haven't flown it though. Many will get away with the clones just fine. I know a few lads who thrash them about like they're auroras. Others have rotten luck and end up spending more in the long run replacing faulty parts with ALIGN bits.

My only experience with their helis wasn't good. Hk250... Some of the parts were shocking. Head was a right state. IMO their planks are ok, their helis are pot luck ( bit like blade helis lol)
