    please can some one explain to me what throttle jockeys do?? in PLAIN ENGLISH PLEASE

    Just the same as a revlock 10 governor i think . Controls the engine rpm to control the head speed of the main rotars . Basicaly you set the governor to say 17000 rpm on the engine and devide that by the main gear ratio on the helicopter gears which gives you the main head speed EG on my knight running my hiper engine at 16500 rpm devided by 8.7 gear ratio gives 1896 rpm on the main rotars .

      There are two versions of the throttle Jockey. They are both engine govenors and used to control rotor heads speed by moving the throttle to maintain a consistant speed.

      1/ Throttle jockey Pro. This works by increasing the throttle to reach the requested headspeed which is controlled by a % you can set in your TX.

      2/Throttle Jockey Revmax. Works by reducing the throttle to the requested RPM (best described as a limiter.) This one requires your throttle curve to be set above the requested RPM and then 'Clips' the headspeed to the % in the TX.
