Not only was he a pleasure to talk with at Weston Park, but I managed a cheeky discount, on top of that I was lucky enough to win one of the raffle vouchers at the Eagle RC world record attempt.

Then I emailed for it to be despatched on a specific day, all requests were catered for.
Service how it should be, a big thumbs up from me.

The reverse psychology worked well on me! If the company was one I thought I may purchase from one day I was more likely to read the post with that title.
