CC ICE 100 just too dam FAT!!!!

Well my ICE is all soldered up now with my Medusa bec & new scorpion fitted BUT the bloody fusuno canopy will not go back on. The ICE is so bloody fat the canopy grommets don't align with the posts. I've tried different positions but it's not working (maybe if i mount the bec on the side it will but that'll look odd). I tried the original canopy & that fits no problem & i then noticed how slimline the Fusuno canopy is compared to a stock (original plastic) canopy. The downside is there are no vents in the stock canopy & i really don't want to start cutting my original one up with the dremmel & my other one has melted . I wish Mikado didn't charge stupid money for their canopys as i could do with a nice new very bright one.

If you want P4ddy, I can take your stock canopy, and paint it really "sick" (read bad in the bad way) so its really nice and dark and gives you perfect orientation on the ground, right til the point where you take off...

At least my Logo has it's individuality & also shows i've been flying a logo long before the previous haters of all things plastic realised they were all wrong & we were right & so all became our little sheep . Real pilots use a FLYBAR!!!

Just had another go & with a little persuation (is that how it's spelt?) i got the bugger on. It's a very tight fit BUT it fits Now i need to set the ICE up & test hover in the garden, oh & put a gyro back on aswell first.
