  • Charging Radix night blades?

the charger that comes with these blades has a US two pin plug, so do i need to buy a simple adaptor like this? US to UK Plug Travel Adaptor: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics

Or do i need a stepdown converter like this? Stepdown 240/120V Transformer USA to UK 45VA: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics

    cheers Tony

You are going to need to check the spec on the charger. If it is labelled as "input 110-220AC" then you are good to go with a pin adaptor only. If not then you are going to need to get a stepdown convertor, or a different way to charge the blades. Do you know what kind of batteries are in the blades, and if so if you can charge them directly without the need for their adaptor...?

If there isnt any writing on the adaptor then you are going to need to get in touch with radix to ask. 240V into a 110V device never ends well.

I thought that anything sold in the UK had to be supplied with a uk plug? but anyway, yes Tony, just a US --> UK adaptor will do just fine

Yes, good to go, all you need is a pin adaptor.
