cant view profile

hello there i dont know if this is the right place to ask but i cant access any of my profile or info but i can log in and post stuff please can anyone help cheers

how are you trying to view it? just click on your username on the right of the welcome text at the top of the page.

click on my name then i get the box up saying i dont have access etc etc.
