Align 425D blades falling apart

Hi All
Had the blades off my heli during the week while I was doing some work on it.
Went to put them back on for the weekend flying and noticed that the brass bushes where they bolt on was tearing through the blade root. Only just starting and one is worse than the other.
These blades have about 50 ish flights on them and have never touched anything other than a paper towel when I clean them and the odd bug when flying. Have never hit anything and are in perfect condition with out even a scratch on them.
I had a new set which I stuck on for the weekend but are these destined for the bin or still usable?
How long should a set of blades last??

A lot longer than 50 flights. TBF I have never seen that on a set of Align 425's. I always rated them as a good blade for the 500. Then saying that I prob never had a set last that long before I crashed. How old are they (time wise), were they new when you put them on on were they second hand?

New at the end of June. Brought from the local heli shop. Not sure how long they have been sitting in his shop but cant imagine that long.

I had it with set of D's where the bush fell out, glued them both back in & sanded the slight swelling around the bush & with dab of grease in the bush they then done many more flights.
