And with good reason. I just wanted to say that the customer service that Raj provides when you purchase from him is second to none. He goes above and beyond and you can generally get prompt email response from him when you need something sorted. Also he seems to get things to me faster than everyone else.

Same goes for me - excellent service.
I emailed a query a couple of days ago re: 130X upgrades availability and received a reply within the hour on an evening via his iPad - not many would take that amount of trouble.

Raj replied to an email within ten minutes of me sending it, not bad seeing's I sent the email at 10.45pm.

Two emails to another well known supplier yesterday and no reply!

Then I ordered yesterday what I wanted from Raj 3pm and received this morning at 9.30am. Wait....... delivery was free for next day delivery too!!!!

I've been into heli's since March this year, im really loving it, trex 450 sport v2!

I've bought all my heli stuff from Raj bassed on a friend who got me into this. He use's align as well and recommended them.

I have to say, the service from Align Trex has been truly fantastic! Great prices and great service! Every time! Wont use anyone else! Keep up the good work Raj"

I should say while im on here, I've been reading an awful lot on this site and not yet made much of a contribution. Some great folk on here.

I'll start making more of an effort, but for now, its all been about the flying.

So far I can hover in all orientations, still a bit scared of nose in, im getting there. Hopefully the weather will be good this weekend so i can rake my trex through the air. Just starting to get into my banked turns and stall turns, loving it!

A little while ago I went to Zone at the fleet air arm, (thanks Heli, Nick) He gave me a lift down there which was great. Wow, some of the things they do.

Met Rachel on this forum, nice to see her win comp for best inspirational flight! Hi Rachel.

Anyways, my names James, im in the Bristol area but could be moving back up to the north east, job dependant, looks we have a few flyers in South Sheilds, so if the job comes good, I'll be out and about up there. If not, I'll be still flying down here!

Is made to fade still on here? I think you know my unlce. Peter (baldy, some boy) Arthur. If I do get back to Sheilds, I'll have to look you up.

Hes very nice to speak to and will deliver very quickly. cheaper than everone else too. but most shops will pricematch anyway .would highly reccomend him

I regularly buy from them as well as few other well known shops (must keep competition going ;-) ), they are fine and will be coming back.
