goblin 700 or V3 dfc 700e

Its super positive on cyclic,use V bar on both,its either the HV servos or the direct to swash,used a DFC head on my V2 but it wasnt as good as the V3 feels.

Goblin had 610s on it,same as my v2 has,Goblin flew fine but i didnt personally like the way it was constructed and much prefer the solid Align construction.

The DFC (V3) is a lot more lively and "sharper" than the V2 and the 750MX motor is certainly more powerful than the 700MX. I had exactly the same servos in my V2 as I have now in my DFC.

My mate bought it but has not flown it yet, How old was it there seems a lot of play in the links and the swash has about 2 mm of play in it or about 4 degree of pitch ? The paint on the cano is very good but the boom and the blades looks not so good, Are they all like this or was yours a very early one ? The alloy seems dull on the head and there were some small cracks starting at the base of the boom. I remember looking at the fast lad one at weston park before it got planted and did not notice any of thease problems.

no there is no play in mine although the compass ball links seem a bit soft so changed them to mikado which fit perfect with no reaming out, the head is dull yes but i think its supposed to be, my cano was battered on arrival but fast lad replaced it and its very good paint job, no problems with boom and i did not go with the compass blades, only got it a week ago so its seems to be new kit, but they have changed some parts and supplied the old manual with new parts so linkages seem miles off this is really annoying when trying to set up to a manual which is wrong other than that impressed with the build and quality

Loving my 700DFC, is alot sharper and faster to respond than my V2 and has a decent ammount more power than my V2.
I very very nearly bought a goblin but decided at the last min to get the 700DFC instead and i am glad i did

just been through similar process trying to decide between Goblin / X7 / T-Rex V3, no doubt all three are great machines, and the align super combo is great value, thing is though sit all three together and there is only one you will choose - Goblin, and thats what I have ordered!
