Strange servo problem anyone had this?

I stuffed the 250 trying to get it ready for flying Sunday come to do test flight all servos working but on spool up not getting any pitch?
Then in throttle hold after 50% the servos twitch like buggery then i picked it up a noticed the esc is hot very hot and its a 30amp esc
I'm thinking the esc has had it could this effect the servos.
I did repair 1 servo wire solded and heat shrink.
