140 or 120 swash ?

120 is used by Curtis on the Env , it's apparently slightly better on fbl than 140 and easier to set up on v baaaaaa :-)

I think he uses 140 on the flybarred one that is setup for F3C.

With fast and powerful servos these days the difference is going to be very small, in essence you trade speed for torque between the two, and perhaps a bit more linear geometry with 140 but the FBL controllers will compensate for things like that.

I'm trying 140 on mine (flybarred) and on the DX7 you have to use the 120 setting and create a programmable mix to remove the change in pitch but it looks like it should work so we shall see.
