...think I'll award myself a Gold Medal!
I've enjoyed one of the best days flying I've had in a very long time. I was determined to finish work early to get some flight time and the phone stayed quiet so to the field I went. Loaded in to the boot was the trusty Fusion 50 and my troubled Rave Ballistic, 9 sets of lipos in total. I started with my usual blast around the sky doing loops, flips, stall turns etc. Then the fun started! Having been watching the SmackTalk 101 vids this week and a fair amount of sim time I did all the things I hadn't done before. Flying in all directions, front flips, inverted, double rolls, pirouettes, and the dreaded nose in hovering. I even 'mini autoed' all my landings. My favorite landing was the nose in approach with a pirouette and mini autoed landing. All this is probably fairly basic stuff for a 3D'er but for me this was a big step up from what I have been doing.
I know this is not as good a right up as Vikki but I really wanted to share my moment
