I wanted to buy some servo gears from Align-trex and Raj kindly pointed me towards them.
But I’d expect most shops to provide this service as a minimum.

I also needed some servo grease but he only stocked the expensive Futaba grease for about £7, which is very expensive for a tiny tube of grease!
So I found some cheaper Hitec grease for about £2 on another site, sent Raj a link and asked for a similar product.

He then said he would add that product to his stock and send me a free tube with my order!

What fantastic service!

I have to strongly agree with the pair of you. I called Raj at 3PM, last Thursday, to ask if it was worth ordering my castle link USB lead and Y lead, as he was shut for 2 weeks from Friday.
He promised he would have it in the post, if I ordered it online before 3:30, which I duly did. 10:30 Friday morning a package is delivered from Raj. You can't ask for any better service than that can you??

I very rarely buy anything for anywhere else. align-Trex uk for me every time
