Thanks Guy's I appreciate the positive feedback regarding our stock control system. we are both online and we have a retail store and our system is such that when we scan things through our checkout in the retail store it also deducts the items from our website in real time. I have seen a few comments questioning how accurate these are, well I can't speak for anyone else that has stock control on there website but ours is acurate 99.9% of the time. The only time we have an issue with it is when we screw up entering stock when it comes in and now that we have taught Jamie and Andy to count even thats not much of a problem these days :-) (unless of course they have to count past 10).. hehe.

    Cheers

Hi John, thats a shame what with our price matching policy and all.. Fast Lad will match any UK store price who has stock on any item we sell. Just ring the shop and let them know the best price you have found elsewhere.. Still not long until summer though lol. :-) Have fun with the CX2.

                  Cheers

Just come back from the field after my rex500s first three flights.
Got muddy and cold but had a great time - need bigger Lipos though, the 2100s don't really last long enough.
I got inverted, loops, rolls, flips and stall turns in by flight 3. Great machine - really inspired confidence.
It has that same fun to fly element of the 450 while being big enough to see like a 50 size machine. Perfect
                      Cheers, Lee.

How long do the 2100's last then?

They are only 2 cycles old so I am breaking them in and only ran them for 3 1/2 mins.
They are on charge now so I'll see how much goes back in. The headspeed was way better on the Revo 2100s than the FP2170s that I have

Im using 2100's from my 450 their lasting about 6 mins with about 25% left but ive only had a few flights with the 500 and not really been chucking it about alot, so I expect that figure to drop, but I cant imagine by a huge amount maybe 5 51/2 mins

im interested in the 5S 4200 so that 2 can be charged on the new charger from aurrora simultaniously but im told im gonna need to run a 15T pinion with it, so have to get one of them to.
                            All the best

Sesame, do you run the 2100 with any lead in the front?

I have the same set-up as you (apart from a 401) and mine is slightly tail heavy. Flew around it okay but I have some lead in the model box and was thinking of giving it a try?
                              Cheers, Lee.

yes, it took a fair bit to get it to balance. I use those strips you can get from the wheel places, think there is about 3 in there, which is alot.

She rolls and loops ok but I wouldnt say it was the most powerful setup. Also to be fair ive not been upping the headspeed hugely so that why im getting the logevity out of the 2100's. I can imagine an Ideal battery for someone starting out.
