Chris Captain Crash op today

Chris has his spinal operation today , I know he is worried about it , and all the flyins he will miss to recover, he is quite down about that.

His op is mega complex and to remove some long term iron works put in after a bike crash many years ago.

He hates hospitals and will have a long recovery so lets keep in touch with him and try and keep his spirits up.
