Whats gone wrong SR

My Blade SR thrown a wobbly and a light crash tail first.
Tail motor stopped working?? Replaced with a new tail motor, now i have no control left or right.
Adjusting the control knob from 0 - 100% the tail spins on axis?
The heli seems not to respond to left - right commands. is my ESC 2-1 mixer shot, everything else works fine??
Any help please!

Hmm, I had this after recently changing my motor for a new one. I re-soldered the wires to the motor again and all was good so maybe check the connections again.

Beyond that I can't offer much help other than to say that my bird has seen been scrapped and is sitting on the dining room table waiting to have any serviceable parts removed and sold off. The 2-in-1 should be fine for instance.

Ironically the final straw that broke the donkey's back on mine was also a complete mechanical spat that made it go tail in. I can handle crashes that are a result of my incompetence but I this bird just does it's own thing far too often!
